Essential Responsibilities & Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' or clients'behaviour needs & challenges.
Develop & implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment data & evidence-based practices
Provide drect behavioural Therapy & support to students or clients in one-on-one or group settings
Monitor & analyse student/client progress, making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans as needed
Collaborate with teachers, parents, RBTs & other professionals to ensure behvioural strqaategies are intergrated into routines
Train & Supervise RBTs, school staff, & parents in implementing behavioural strategies & techniques.
Maintain detailed records of assessments, interventions & progres.
Ensure adgerence to ethical guidelines & compliance with relevant reguations & standards
Submit treatment authorization to insurance providers & update the treatment plan acording to the number of hours approved.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education or other related field.
- Board Certified by QABA or BACB.
- Licesned Behaviour Analyst
